Bertha and her team are truly five star! This is the second time I have used her and her company for full carpet installation in homes between 3000 and 5000 ft.² with multiple stairs, hallways, landings, and curves. Not only are they prompt and on time for their appointments, but also the materials were on time, and the installation was perfect. The selection of flooring, colors, fabrics, and materials/finished were brought to me and my clients so that there’s no hunting around for them to do anything. Bertha brings everything to us. And that is the true definition of good service at a great price. She’s very communicative, gives wonderful options and is incredibly pleasant. I will always recommend Floor Coverings International with Bertha Sanchez as my representative. ~ Lisa S

We just had LVP flooring installed in our 1000 sq ft basement. We are so happy with how it has turned out. From working with Bertha initially in choosing the best floor option for our needs and budget, to working with Edgar for the installation, everything went smoothly and no issues at all. Bertha came out a couple of times initially to be sure we had decided on the best option. Then they were very accommodating of our schedule needs around the installation (done over 2 days but we needed a day between to move furniture and pull up carpet). Edgar not only does high quality work but also communicates well so we knew what to expect and when. I highly recommend this company for any tupe of flooring needs. ~ Sherry A

Highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. From the start to the end of our flooring project, working with Bertha and her team was easy and stress-free. Bertha took the time to answer all of our questions, discussed and quoted multiple options through the consultation. Bertha and Martin made sure we were informed throughout the process. Materials arrived quickly and the job was scheduled much sooner than we anticipated, which was great! The installation team, Edgar and Eduardo, took pride in their work and even redid a portion that didn’t meet their expectations. It meant a lot to my family and I to see the team care as much as we did that the project turned out right. We are so happy with our new floors and would highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. ~ Riley P

It is a pleasure to work with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish she listened to what we wanted. A thick luxurious carpet that we could sit on with our grandkids. Multiple colors that would appear with items in the room. Bertha brought us many samples of padding and carpet to look at, explained the differences. We chose our carpet and set a date for install. Edgar and his one man crew arrived. They were very respectful and put down coverings on our other floors. Each room was completed and it was beautiful! Edgar even fixed a problem with the entrance into a tile bathroom off our master bedroom. It’s perfect now! Bertha waited a couple days so we could get everything back in its place to make sure we were happy! It’s great!! Thank you for a wonderful experience Floor Coverings International! ~ GLENDA M

If you are getting quotes and debating on what floor company to pick, you will not regret choosing Floor Coverings. Bertha and her team are AMAZING!!! I talked to a lot of companies and was feeling very confused on the best way to proceed with our project. Bertha was the only one to really answer our questions. She is so genuine and truly cares. She never made us feel rushed in our decisions and she gave great flooring ideas. Alex and the office staff were super responsive and on top of all schedules and updates. They looped us in on every step of the way. We had a big project (replacing tile, new hardwood, finishing a living room space) and they worked SO hard. If you want a trustworthy, hardworking, honest and caring team for your project-I would always recommend them!!! Truly the best company we have used for a home project! ~ Cierra M

We had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We worked with Bertha, and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish - knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right choices for our home. We redid all of our flooring, including carpet, LVP, and LVT, and the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Bertha made it easy to navigate all the options and ensured everything stayed on track. The quality of the materials and installation exceeded our expectations, and our home feels completely transformed. We’re so happy with the results and would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. ~ Chelsey F

Bertha, Martin, Edgar and Raul were an absolute dynamite team from start to finish. From my first meeting with Bertha to discuss what my vision was for the flooring of our new home, she was so incredible with taking the extra time and going the extra mile to make sure I loved the floor sample we chose. Everything from ordering the materials, to scheduling the installation, to actual installation day was met with the most professionalism and support! We are so THRILLED with the way our floors turned out and I cannot wait to finish furnishing and decorating our new home that really comes to life now with our new floors. Thank you to Floor Coverings International of SW Denver for such an incredible experience and product!! ~ Katie W

WOW! WOW! WOW! What a great company to work with. The carpet they installed was in our mother in laws suite. When Bertha first brought in the samples - and they offer a TON of options - Her van is a mobile showroom - Incredible, 100s of samples... She explained the options of each carpet. The durability, the warranties, the padding - It was great. Super easy. Once the decision was made they ordered the materials and kept us informed on every step. On installation day Edgar was incredible. He is a beast when it comes to moving furniture, and removing the old carpet, so fast. The install was done before we knew it and the M.I.L. is extremely happy. Thank you so much for the service - you and your crew are AMAZING, and I can't wait to do the rest of the flooring in the house with you. Floor Coverings International of SW Denver will be my only floor covering company from here forward. ~ David H

I absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking to get their carpet replaced! I just bought a property from an owner with pets (which was VERY noticeable by the smell once you walked in the door) - but you would never be able to tell now! As a FTHA with zero flooring experience, Bertha was extremely helpful in walking me through the process from measurements to final walk-though & everything in between! Gustavo and the whole installation crew worked diligently to get the entire 2nd floor + floating stairs carpet & baseboards replaced in less than a day & it looks (& smells) brand new! Wish I could give 6 stars! Thank you FCI! ~ Lauren B

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! After reaching out to Burt, he came out quickly to take measurements and sent over a very competitive quote—better than the local competitors. The turnaround time from ordering to installation was fast and smooth. Edgar and his crew did an amazing job installing the carpet on my stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms, and had everything completed in just one day. The quality of work was outstanding. Burt was also incredibly helpful, walking me through all the different carpet options and levels so I could make the best choice for my home. The customer service was top-notch, and I’m extremely pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend! ~ Lindsey D

We recently had laminated flooring installed on our stairs and are extremely happy with the results. We had actually purchased the materials over five years ago with plans to tackle the project ourselves, but eventually decided we were just too busy and tired to take it on. Kristen made the process incredibly easy by providing a quote through photos and text messages, and Bertha was wonderful when it came to scheduling. We were pleasantly surprised the work could be completed within just two weeks. Edgar did an outstanding job with the installation. He was professional, detail-oriented, and transformed a long-delayed project into something that looks absolutely fantastic. The entire job was completed within budget and exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free the experience was from start to finish and would hire them again in a heartbeat! ~ Cassie G

Another fantastic job by Floor Coverings International that I just have to share. This is our third project calling on Bertha’s team. But this time, we needed a repair to our wood flooring after we pulled out our fireplace during a project working with King Precision Trim. We had a hole in our wood floors that we needed patched. Bertha’s wood floor installers are extremely skilled and they were able to lace in the wood and then perfectly match colors to 15 year old wood flooring by combining stain colors. You can’t even tell the wood was replaced! We will definitely be calling on her team when we restain our entire flooring. Very professional, highly skilled at what they do. Bertha’s team is also replacing tile for our kitchen backsplash and I will share pictures after the project is complete. They are my go-to for all things flooring, carpet, tile and wood. ~ Paige B

We absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International of SW Denver. David, the project manager, was honest, knowledgeable about flooring design and incredibly professional in all interactions with us. He provided us with the best price inline with our budget, gave insightful recommendations and helped us to make an informed decision for our flooring project. Edgar and his team of floor installers were fast, efficient and incredibly talented. We are in love with our updated home and look forward to future projects with David and his company. We will be sharing his contact information with our family and friends! ~ Maria H

So impressed with every step of my flooring project with this company! David, the company sales representative was so knowledgeable and professional. He has an excellent eye for color and guided me to the right flooring product. I loved that David brought samples to my home and took care of buying the product. Prices were very good. The installation crew was amazing, so focused and skilled. They came and got right to work, completing the project in one day. Denis the crew leader was very professional and his crew, Cleiton, Wilhas, & Westley were remarkable. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! ~ mary s

The flooring company turned up as scheduled to give an estimate. The installers also turned up on time. Why am I making such a big deal about timing, maybe I am just tired of on time arrival not being a thing anymore. The installers were professional , nice and worked hard to complete the project in what appeared to be an appropriate time frame. They cleaned up after themselves and were genuinely interested that I as the owner was pleased with the result. I will be interested to see how long this carpet lasts, only time will tell, no reason to suspect at this point that longevity will be an issue. I would work with this company again. ~ eileen o

What an amazing company to work with! I can't say enough about Bertha, Carlos and every other person we dealt with for our job. We have been DIY remodeling for the past 5 months and are getting burned out. Carlos came out to replace the baseboards and when we saw his excellent work we asked for an estimate to replace the bathroom floor which needed to be done before the new tenants move in. He did a beautiful job and was even able to replace the valve on the toilet that was leaking after my husband pulled it out. I feel like I have found a hidden gem! We will definitely be calling them for our next flooring job! ~ Suzanne W

I had a great experience with Bertha and the team at Floor Coverings International SW Denver. They helped me get my townhome ready to become a rental, including refinishing the existing hardwood floors and installing new carpet. The hardwood floors look refreshed and beautiful, and the new carpet made such a difference in the overall look and feel of the home. Bertha made the process easy, communicated with me throughout the project, and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Bertha and her team for any flooring project! ~ Vanessa H

We are so happy with our new floors! We love working with Bertha. She’s an expert at building relationships with her clients. She’s very knowledgeable in her craft, a good listener, patient, a strong communicator, and always very responsive to our questions. She did a wonderful job helping us make the perfect product selections for our house and our needs; and overseeing the project that was completed a day ahead of schedule. We're pleased with the competitive pricing, excellent product options, and strong customer service we received from Bertha and her team! Edgar and his crew worked long hours in bad weather and did a great job bringing our vision to life. Edgar has a can-do positive attitude, always with a smile on his face, and he did a great job finding creative solutions to some of the challenges of our particular project. He’s a real pro! In this day and age, it’s nice to see this level of commitment and attention to detail! Our thanks to everyone for a job well done! ~ Sharon P

What a DREAM to work with! Bertha showed up ON TIME and was extremely patient-going back and forth to her van so we could review various samples in our space. She was also incredibly prompt when it came to creating the estimate, getting our project scheduled, and with the coordination of her team. Her team communicated their estimated arrival times and confirmed the day of. They were in our home for and were extremely professional and hard working. I would and WILL use Floor Coverings International again-thank you Bertha, Edgar, and Martin! ~ Kyle B

Working with Bertha is an absolute pleasure! I'm an interior designer and owner of One of a Kind Interior Design, Bertha makes my job so easy and seamless with my clients. Having a mobile showroom come directly to .y clients' homes is next level customer service. I meet with her before our meeting so we're on the same page on budget and design concept then Bertha shows up with her van full of beautiful options that fall in our budget and design concept. The cherry on top is that she also has installers she partners with to get the material installed properly. Her crews are so professional and leave the job site clean too. She recently did a stair runner and custom rug for my client and it came out perfectly! We wanted a material that was easy to clean and was durable enough for 2 dogs. She knew right away what product to show us and we fell in love. The process is smooth and Bertha is so easy to communicate and keeps us on track. I highly recommend working with her on your next flooring project. ~ Yazyth N

I had a horrible kitchen floor for five years that I was just dying to replace. The ad from Floor Coverings International of SW Denver was following me around Instagram, so I scheduled some time to get quotes. David Lechuga was responsive and helpful from the very beginning. Today, the team finished installing my new kitchen floor and I couldn't be happier. This crew did great work and David and Berta Sanchez are amazing. The initial product that was ordered was faulty, and instead of just installing it and not letting me know (like some companies might have done!), they told me they wouldn't do that because it wasn't the right thing to do. Even though I had to wait a few extra days for the project to be finished, the fact that they had my best interest in mind meant so much to me. These folks do great work, have incredible integrity and are responsive and helpful. Know they will always do the right thing for their customers, even if it's not the easiest thing! Thank you again for the beautiful floor! ~ Ana L

Floor Coverings International SW Denver was AMAZING to work with! From an initial quote to dialing down what was right and most impactful for our specific budget, Bertha and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the materials, options and timeline. During the project her team was communicative, collaborative and most off all, efficient and timely! We will recommend FCI of SW Denver to everyone! Thank you for making our school the best place to be for our kiddos and families! We appreciate you all so much! ~ Jessica M

Wow! What a great experience! From Bertha, to Alex to Edgar...what a team! I did a lot of research to find a good company to complete our flooring and so glad I came across Bertha's company. Bertha is top tier! She was always in communication and if it wasn't her, then Alex would reach out. Edgar and his colleague installed our beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and they did such a great job! They kept us in the loop and finished in 2 days. I will refer them to anyone that is looking for new flooring! ~ Nicole H

I can’t say enough good things about out our experience getting new flooring in my husband’s office. Bertha, the owner, was so responsive and helpful. She was able to perfectly match our existing floors. Edgar and the team who did the install were incredibly detail-oriented and respectful. The team put a tiny nick in the wall and took the time to patch and paint the area. The floors turned out beautiful. We plan to have this company out again soon to do more flooring work on our staircase and upstairs loft. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ~ Lindsay T
