Bertha and her team are truly five star! This is the second time I have used her and her company for full carpet installation in homes between 3000 and 5000 ft.² with multiple stairs, hallways, landings, and curves. Not only are they prompt and on time for their appointments, but also the materials were on time, and the installation was perfect. The selection of flooring, colors, fabrics, and materials/finished were brought to me and my clients so that there’s no hunting around for them to do anything. Bertha brings everything to us. And that is the true definition of good service at a great price. She’s very communicative, gives wonderful options and is incredibly pleasant. It is a pleasure to work with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish she listened to what we wanted. A thick luxurious carpet that we could sit on with our grandkids. Multiple colors that would appear with items in the room. Bertha brought us many samples of padding and carpet to look at, explained the differences. We chose our carpet and set a date for install. Edgar and his one man crew arrived. They were very respectful and put down coverings on our other floors. Each room was completed and it was beautiful! Edgar even fixed a problem with the entrance into a tile bathroom off our master bedroom. It’s perfect now! We just had LVP flooring installed in our 1000 sq ft basement. We are so happy with how it has turned out. From working with Bertha initially in choosing the best floor option for our needs and budget, to working with Edgar for the installation, everything went smoothly and no issues at all. Bertha came out a couple of times initially to be sure we had decided on the best option. Then they were very accommodating of our schedule needs around the installation (done over 2 days but we needed a day between to move furniture and pull up carpet). Edgar not only does high quality work but also communicates well so we knew what to expect and when. I highly recommend this company for any tupe of flooring needs. ~ Sherry A

Highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. From the start to the end of our flooring project, working with Bertha and her team was easy and stress-free. Another fantastic job by Floor Coverings International that I just have to share. This is our third project calling on Bertha’s team. But this time, we needed a repair to our wood flooring after we pulled out our fireplace during a project working with King Precision Trim. We had a hole in our wood floors that we needed patched. Bertha’s wood floor installers are extremely skilled and they were able to lace in the wood and then perfectly match colors to 15 year old wood flooring by combining stain colors. You can’t even tell the wood was replaced! We will definitely be calling on her team when we restain our entire flooring. Very professional, highly skilled at what they do. Bertha’s team is also replacing tile for our kitchen backsplash and I will share pictures after the project is complete. They are my go-to for all things flooring, carpet, tile and wood. ~ Paige B

I absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking to get their carpet replaced! I just bought a property from an owner with pets (which was VERY noticeable by the smell once you walked in the door) - but you would never be able to tell now! As a FTHA with zero flooring experience, Bertha was extremely helpful in walking me through the process from measurements to final walk-though & everything in between! Gustavo and the whole installation crew worked diligently to get the entire 2nd floor + floating stairs carpet & baseboards replaced in less than a day & it looks (& smells) brand new! WOW! WOW! WOW! What a great company to work with. The carpet they installed was in our mother in laws suite. When Bertha first brought in the samples - and they offer a TON of options - Her van is a mobile showroom - Incredible, 100s of samples... She explained the options of each carpet. The durability, the warranties, the padding - It was great. Super easy. Once the decision was made they ordered the materials and kept us informed on every step. On installation day Edgar was incredible. He is a beast when it comes to moving furniture, and removing the old carpet, so fast. The install was done before we knew it and the M.I.L. is extremely happy. Thank you so much for the service - you and your crew are AMAZING, and I can't wait to do the rest of the flooring in the house with you. I had an excellent experience from start to finish! After reaching out to Burt, he came out quickly to take measurements and sent over a very competitive quote—better than the local competitors. The turnaround time from ordering to installation was fast and smooth. Edgar and his crew did an amazing job installing the carpet on my stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms, and had everything completed in just one day. The quality of work was outstanding. Burt was also incredibly helpful, walking me through all the different carpet options and levels so I could make the best choice for my home. The flooring company turned up as scheduled to give an estimate. The installers also turned up on time. Why am I making such a big deal about timing, maybe I am just tired of on time arrival not being a thing anymore. The installers were professional , nice and worked hard to complete the project in what appeared to be an appropriate time frame. They cleaned up after themselves and were genuinely interested that I as the owner was pleased with the result. I will be interested to see how long this carpet lasts, only time will tell, no reason to suspect at this point that longevity will be an issue. I would work with this company again. ~ eileen o

So impressed with every step of my flooring project with this company! David, the company sales representative was so knowledgeable and professional. He has an excellent eye for color and guided me to the right flooring product. I loved that David brought samples to my home and took care of buying the product. Prices were very good. The installation crew was amazing, so focused and skilled. They came and got right to work, completing the project in one day. Having a mobile showroom come directly to .y clients' homes is next level customer service. I meet with her before our meeting so we're on the same page on budget and design concept then Bertha shows up with her van full of beautiful options that fall in our budget and design concept. The cherry on top is that she also has installers she partners with to get the material installed properly. Her crews are so professional and leave the job site clean too. She recently did a stair runner and custom rug for my client and it came out perfectly! We wanted a material that was easy to clean and was durable enough for 2 dogs. I had a horrible kitchen floor for five years that I was just dying to replace. The ad from Floor Coverings International of SW Denver was following me around Instagram, so I scheduled some time to get quotes. David Lechuga was responsive and helpful from the very beginning. Today, the team finished installing my new kitchen floor and I couldn't be happier. This crew did great work and David and Berta Sanchez are amazing. The initial product that was ordered was faulty, and instead of just installing it and not letting me know (like some companies might have done!), they told me they wouldn't do that because it wasn't the right thing to do. Even though I had to wait a few extra days for the project to be finished, the fact that they had my best interest in mind meant so much to me. These folks do great work, have incredible integrity and are responsive and helpful. Know they will always do the right thing for their customers, even if it's not the easiest thing! I can’t say enough good things about out our experience getting new flooring in my husband’s office. Bertha, the owner, was so responsive and helpful. She was able to perfectly match our existing floors. Edgar and the team who did the install were incredibly detail-oriented and respectful. The team put a tiny nick in the wall and took the time to patch and paint the area. The floors turned out beautiful. We needed to have carpet runners installed on our hardwood stairs so our two dogs would not slip and fall any more- we contacted Bertha at Floor Coverings in Littleton for a consultation and she was very helpful with her advice and suggestions. I had new carpet installed in 3 rooms of my house which was long overdue and it looks amazing! The whole process was pretty quick starting with Burt coming over to go over what I wanted, getting me an estimate and I was so very thankful you guys do installations on Saturdays!
