Bertha and her team are truly five star! This is the second time I have used her and her company for full carpet installation in homes between 3000 and 5000 ft.² with multiple stairs, hallways, landings, and curves. Not only are they prompt and on time for their appointments, but also the materials were on time, and the installation was perfect. The selection of flooring, colors, fabrics, and materials/finished were brought to me and my clients so that there’s no hunting around for them to do anything. Bertha brings everything to us. And that is the true definition of good service at a great price. She’s very communicative, gives wonderful options and is incredibly pleasant.
